mission statement

OregonSAGA is a volunteer organization our Mission is to foster, educate and preserve geocaching in the Salem, Oregon area. To fulfill this mission OregonSAGA will:

1-Host Cache-In/Trash-Out (CITO) events to assist in preserving our parks, roadsides and green spaces, We will work with the various city and state officials in conjunction with local parks and green spaces to promote a cleaner safer environment and to allow continued cache placement within established guidelines.

2- Host social events to help educate/encourage new geocachers, exchange ideas among all and general fellowship. Current Status: OregonSAGA is currently applying for Federal Non-Profit Status. Our Current Bylaws are coming soon.
