Welcome to OregonSAGA!
Welcome to OregonSAGA- the homepage for the Salem Area Geocaching Association. We are a Non-Profit Organization whose mission is to Foster, Educate, and Preserve Geocaching in the Salem Oregon area. You can read our full mission statement and bylaws here.
You can support OregonSAGA's ongoing mission by joining our organization. Basic membership is free! Paid memberships entitle members to milestone awards, member directories, voting rights and more. Membership for individuals is just $10 per year, while families who geocache as a team can get a Family membership for just $15. For more information, attend any OregonSAGA meeting, or contact any member of our leadership group.
We are glad you have an interest in our community and welcome you to browse the site for more information about our organization. Activities are always open to public, we hope to see you there. If you have additional questions about our group, contact OregonSAGA.
All SAGA members are encouraged to follow the Salem Caching Guidelines negotiated with the City of Salem. Placing caches in public spaces is a privilege that not all communities allow, we are very fortunate that the founding members of SAGA avocated for our hobby and developed this positive relationship with our community.
A fundraiser for SAGA. You can help by donating your cartridges at any SAGA meeting- or opening an account yourself- with a referral fee given to SAGA. Clink on link below to learn more.
